Angie and Wayne Germaine, owners of Nelson Mini Storage, are familiar faces to many people in Nelson’s business community.

Since 2008, they have been part owners of Valhalla Path Realty. Nelson Mini Storage, operating since 1998, represents their newest venture and the Germaine family is proud to continue the tradition of good service and high quality facilities that have earned this company its excellent reputation.


Manager Angie Germaine brings her years of administrative experience and working with the public to the business and is looking forward to getting to know all her clients, current and future.
 Wayne Germaine is the Managing Broker at Valhalla Path Realty in Nelson.

Both Angie and Wayne are active members of the Nelson community and you’ll often see them out hiking with their young daughter, down at the baseball fields or enjoying the amenities Nelson has to offer.
